19th Century French Empire Chair
We recently had this 1880-ish French chair reupholstered. It's amazing to me how a modern day contemporary fabric can transform an antique chair frame. These were done in a geometric cut velvet fabric, the green and white fabric against the dark chair frame really stands out not to mention the shape of the arm as it meets the seat.
